De-Gea’s rare howler helps Switzerland to equalize against Spain

Spain took the lead on the 29^th minute when Alvaro Odriozola scored his first goal from a David Silva cross. Alvaro Odriozola was the main man of Spain’s first half with a number of attacking runs from the right! He even set up Andres Iniesta on goal but his shot was saved by the Swiss goalkeeper.

On the 50^th minute mark, Iniesta again came close to scoring another goal; but Saul was brought on in place of him a little later.

De-Gea committed his error on the 62^nd minute of the match when Lichsteiner shot from the edge of the area. De-Gea saved the shot but was not able to hold the ball. He instead pushed the ball into the path of Rodriguez who slotted calmly into the net.
