Kevin Anderson humiliated Kei Nishikori in straight sets 6-0, 6-1 to qualify for the semi finals in a bid to claim the second ATP Finals win. The South African tennis ace settled the fixture in just 32 minutes to declare a clear message.
Anderson is ranked sixth in the world and he has not dropped a set after defeating Austrian Dominic Thiem 6-3, 7-6 in his opening match. A confident Nishikori came into this match, having defeated Federer, but was simply outclassed. Currently, he’s on top of Lleyton Hewitt.
Federer on the other hand defeatedThiem 6-2, 6-3 on Tuesday to keep his Finals journey hope alive.
