Brendon McCullum top scored for the visitors with 32, followed by Dwayne Bravo 30. Pawan Negi (27) and Ravindra Jadeja (24) were the other major contributors with the bat.
For the Knights, veteran spinner Brad Hogg returned figures of 4/29 while Andre Russell chipped in with 2/20.
