Due to unspecified physical issues, World number four David Ferrer withdrew from next week's Monte Carlo Masters on Thursday.
The Spaniard announced on his Twitter account that he expects to arrive to action at the Barcelona claycourt tournament which will commence on 22nd April.
Ferrer lamented that unfortunately he was unable to participate in the Monte Carlo due to physical problems. He expects to be fine to play at Barcelona. We wish him all the best for his fast recovery.
