Newzealand beat Pakistan to clinch series 2-1

Newzealand won the last and final test against Pakistan to win the series 2-1. Debutant Will Somerville clinched 7 wickets in the match guiding the Kiwis to victory. Ajaz Patel`s splendid 42-3 was of immense importance. Pakistan looked shaky from the beginning with fumbles and mis-timings which led to the idiosyncrasies in chasing the mamooth total of 280 runs.They crumbled for 156 in 56.1 on a very weary pitch at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium at Abu Dhabi. Pakistan could not hold on to the galore that the showed in the secondt test awhen they defeated the Kiwis by an innings and 16 runs.New Zealand won the last away series against Pakistan in 1969 when they played Pakistan.Somerville did missed skipper Sarfraz Ahmed and Patel shook the confidence of Babar Azam who loked solid in defence playing 114 balls. Earlier in the Innings ,Williamson scored 139 and Nicholls remained unbeaten at 126.
